Congratulations on your engagement! Planning for your wedding is such a fun and exciting time. Below is information going over what we offer at Chanceys. We would love to give you a tour of the venue and go over pricing and any questions you might have. Our venue is beautiful and requires no additional decorating costs. The ceilings are draped with organza and beautiful chandeliers. The walls are white a perfect canvas for your photographer. When renting our venue it is yours for the full day which includes the Venue and the Wedding Gardens, we do the setup, tear down and cleanup of inside venue, The inside tables and chairs, up to 200 outdoor chairs and sound system for the ceremony. Additional chairs on site if needed. We have many backdrops to choose from for your ceremony. Our price also includes 3 hours of planning, consulting, decorating or other areas you might need our help. The Venues legal occupancy is 345 however there is additional patio seating if needed. (Average wedding range from 200 to 250 which allows for more space.) You and your photographer are able to use acres of beautiful country landscaping for your engagement and wedding photos. Chanceys offers in house planning, coordinating and officiating! We have no rules on who you chose to do your food and no curfew! High Horse Saloon is on site charging no set up fee.
