Service Description

Congratulations on your engagement! Planning for your wedding is such a fun and exciting time. Below is information going over what we offer at Chanceys. We would love to give you a tour of the venue and go over pricing and any questions you might have. Our venue is beautiful and requires no additional decorating costs. The ceilings are draped with organza and beautiful chandeliers. The walls are white a perfect canvas for your photographer. When renting our venue it is yours for the full day which includes the Venue and the Wedding Gardens, we do the setup, tear down and cleanup of inside venue, The inside tables and chairs, up to 200 outdoor chairs and sound system for the ceremony. Additional chairs on site if needed. We have many backdrops to choose from for your ceremony. Our price also includes 3 hours of planning, consulting, decorating or other areas you might need our help. The Venues legal occupancy is 345 however there is additional patio seating if needed. (Average wedding range from 200 to 250 which allows for more space.) You and your photographer are able to use acres of beautiful country landscaping for your engagement and wedding photos. Chanceys offers in house planning and coordinating! We have no rules on who you chose to do your food and no curfew! Bottoms Up Beverages is on site for alcohol service.

Cancellation Policy

Should the contracting party cancel the event, the deposit will be forfeited. If we are able to re-sell your date to another party the deposit will be refunded minus a $100.00 refund fee after said event is held. Provided a 6 month advance notice is given, the date of the function may be changed within the same calendar year, the deposit will be transferred to that date, other fees and costs will apply. Pricing subject to change. Only one change may be made. Changes are not an amendment to this contract unless signed by the Center’s agent. If an event is canceled two weeks or less prior to said date the contract must be paid in full. Failure to comply with all conditions on this contract will forfeit the moneys paid.
