Chancey's Event Center is located at 266 Hogan Road near the Pryor Creek Golf Course, only ten minutes east of Billings on I-90. Take Pryor Creek exit, turn left, then left on Hogan Road. Pryor Creek runs between I-90 and I-94

345, however, there is additional patio seating if needed.

Do you have on-site lodging?
We have on-site lodging at Somewhere In Time Bed and Breakfast for out of town guests or even your wedding party and when renting the Bed and Breakfast campers are welcome at no additional charge. There are 6 rooms 5 of which have queen beds and one room has a set of twin beds. ourbedandbreakfast.com is the website if you would like to
view the rooms. The house rents for 580.00 a night plus 7% Bed Tax. We have no rules on the amount of guests that stay. Also includes a continental style breakfast!
What is provided?
Our venue is beautiful and requires no additional decorating costs.
The ceilings are draped with organza and beautiful chandeliers. The walls are white a perfect canvas for your photographer. When renting our venue it is yours for the full day which includes the Venue and the Wedding Gardens, we do the setup, tear down and cleanup of inside venue, The inside tables, and chairs, up to 200 outdoor chairs and sound system for the ceremony. Additional chairs on site if needed. We have many backdrops to choose from for your ceremony. Our price also includes 3 hours of planning, consulting, decorating or other areas you might need our help. The Venues legal occupancy is 345 however there is additional patio seating if needed. You and your photographer are able to use acres of beautiful country landscaping for your engagement and wedding photos.
Chanceys offers in house planning, coordinating and officiating if desired or needed!
Can we choose our own vendors?
Choose your own vendors and no curfew! They only required vender is Bottoms Up Beverages is on site and a fully stocked State Licensed Bar. (A cash bar means little cost to you!) Setup fee is $350.00 and that includes 2 bar tenders. They are great to work with and will customize your event needs.
Do we have access to additional rental items?
We have all the rentals on site to make your planning easier and less stressful. These items are for convenience you are not required to rent any items. You are welcome to bring in your own Monday through Thursday are considered weekdays. Friday through Saturday are considered weekend days. If a Friday is booked you are able to use Thursday afternoon to decorate provided Thursday is not booked and that rarely happens. If a weekday is used the venue rents for a discounted rate.
