Cancellation Policy

Should the contracting party cancel the event, the deposit will be forfeited. If we are able to re-sell your date to another party the deposit will be refunded minus a $100.00 refund fee after said event is held. Provided a 6 month advance notice is given, the date of the function may be changed within the same calendar year, the deposit will be transferred to that date, other fees and costs will apply. Pricing subject to change. Only one change may be made. Changes are not an amendment to this contract unless signed by the Center’s agent. If an event is canceled two weeks or less prior to said date the contract must be paid in full. Failure to comply with all conditions on this contract will forfeit the moneys paid.
